Shopping Carts
I have used Zen Cart for many e-commerce projects. It dose it all, in several different languages. Magento is the cart I will use on a future project.

These tools will speed up the web development process. Contrary to popular belief, you still need to understand code to use them.

- Web Assist will do a lot of the programing for you. Sometimes to much so you need to pay attention. http://www.webassist.com/
Stock Photos, Illustrations, and Flash Objects
Where would we be without stock art. This list contains sites that sell royalty free photos and illustration, etc. for very reasonable prices. They also sell audio files and flash content.
